What started as manufacturing evolved into agricultural mechanisation after seeing firsthand the challenges farmers face daily: lack of equipment, poor infrastructure, low productivity and limited access to modern farming systems
Lagos State Government has announced plans to commission the first phase of what it described as the largest food logistics hub in Sub-Saharan Africa, alongside the activation of a ₦500 billion Offtake Guarantee Fund aimed at tackling food supply disruptions and stabilizing food prices across the state.
That is exactly what the Corporate Farm platform Origin Tech Group Nigeria of is trying to solve. The model is built around large-scale, structured agricultural clusters starting from 1,000 hectares and above.
